Villa Anastasia is a magnificent stone-built two-storey villa, that oscillates between classic and modern style. It has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and can host up to 5 adults. One week before the end of August, Sivas celebrates his patron saint Ioannis, with various cultural events every night for a week. The old houses of our villages Moroni and Sivas are built of stone, with lovely courtyards and bougainvilleas climbing the walls.
Some of the houses you see have been restored respecting traditional architecture. Both villages preserves its traditional atmosphere, making it a lovely place to stay, stroll around and explore.
Local people are known for their hospitality, calmness and kindness. Many of them are still farmers or at least live from the animals they raise and what they grow in the garden, and they all follow the ecological balance approach. People, who grow vegetable and fruits, never use chemicals.
Our villages still keep their familiar atmosphere and is quite unspoilt from mass tourism although it offers many interesting sites in the local area like for example the popular archaeological sites of Agia Triada, Gortys, Kommos and Phaistos.

The local residents, around 400, are proud of their village and preserve the beauty and the traditional character. The local cultural Association organizes various cultural events. Especiall in Summer "the Sivas Cultural August".
