Villa Moroni is equipped with everything you need and is more than ready to offer you a dream vacation. The villa is a “smart home” accommodation, environmentally friendly with insulation, A/C, electrical appliances A +++, led and solar lights.
It has 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms as well as a cot for our little guests and can accommodate up to 7 people. All beds have top handmade anatomical mattresses with independent springs based on olive oil that promise you a wonderful and restful sleep. Also, in all master rooms there is a special safe with specifications for laptop. Finally, all rooms are equipped with A +++ air conditioning and the masters also have a state-of-the-art fan.
Our accommodation has 2 bathrooms, equipped with all the necessary sanitary ware for more comfortable holidays. For our little friends, it also has a special seat for the toilet as well as stairsteps for easy access.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven and stoves with LPG, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking enthusiasts. Villas tap water is drinkable as it comes from Zaro's award-winning natural water spring. If you want to prepare a more special meal, Villa Moroni also has a barbeque. In addition, Villa Moroni is equipped with a washing machine and an iron.
For your relaxation, it includes TV with Netflix, home cinema, radio and an energy-efficient fireplace.
Villa Moroni is an ideal choice for families with young children, with a specially designed space for our little friends, with a cot with an anatomical mattress for a pleasant sleep, with a special chair for mealtimes and special children's crockery.
In our villa we have taken all the necessary measures to feel safe during your stay. Our Villa is equipped with fire extinguishers and fireproof blankets, with gas detectors, smoke detectors and monoxide detectors. There are security plugs throughout the house as well as USB.
Staying in one of our luxurious villas will not only offer you the space and amenities you need, but also the chance to taste first hand the Cretan traditions and hospitality. The reason being, both villas are located in secluded private areas, where the majority are locals!
Located in the homonymous village of Moroni, near the foot of Psiloritis mountain, it is ideal for holidays all year round. In just 5 minutes you can visit the traditional village of Zaros, which it water spring has been awarded for the best water quality in the world. Mires, the town of the area, is just 10 minutes from our accommodation while the famous beaches of the South are just a 25-minute drive.
The old houses of our villages Moroni and Sivas are built of stone, with lovely courtyards and bougainvilleas climbing the walls.
Some of the houses you see have been restored respecting traditional architecture. Both villages preserves its traditional atmosphere, making it a lovely place to stay, stroll around and explore.
Local people are known for their hospitality, calmness and kindness. Many of them are still farmers or at least live from the animals they raise and what they grow in the garden, and they all follow the ecological balance approach. People, who grow vegetable and fruits, never use chemicals.
Our villages still keep their familiar atmosphere and is quite unspoilt from mass tourism although it offers many interesting sites in the local area like for example the popular archaeological sites of Agia Triada, Gortys, Kommos and Phaistos.
